Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to and saved on a server in the USA by Google.
Your data is transmitted to the USA when necessary. For data transmissions to the USA a decision of appropriateness by the European Commission currently applies. Data handling occurs pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO out of a legitimate interest in the needs-based, targeted design of the website. Use of the Google Inc. remarketing or “similar target groups” function

Our website uses the remarketing or “similar target groups” function of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA: “Google”). This function serves the purpose of analyzing visitor behavior and visitor interests. Google uses cookies to analyze website usage, which forms the basis for creating interest-based display advertising. Use of Google Adwords Conversion Tracking

We use the online advertising program “Google Adwords” on our website, particularly Conversion Tracking. Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA: “Google”). When you click an ad displayed by Google, a cookie for Conversion Tracking is placed on your computer. These cookies have limited validity and contain no personally identifiable data, so they do not personally identify you. When you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet been triggered, we and Google can recognize that you have clicked the ad and were directed to this page. Every Google Adwords customer receives a different cookie, so cookies may be traced via the websites of Adwords customers. The information obtained via the conversion cookie serves to establish conversion statistics. We thus learn the total number of visitors who have clicked one of our ads and were directed to a page containing a conversion tracking tag. But we obtain no information which can personally identify users. Data handling occurs pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO out of a legitimate interest in targeted advertising and the analysis of the effectiveness and efficiency of this advertising. You have the right to object at any time to the handling of your personally identifiable data which occurs pursuant to Art. 6 (1) f DSGVO for reasons arising from your particular situation.
You can prevent the saving of cookies by selecting the appropriate technical settings in your browser software. We advise you, however, that in doing so you may not be able to use all functions of this website. You will then not be recorded in the Conversion Tracking statistics. Furthermore, you can deactivate personalized advertising in the Google advertising settings. You can find instructions for doing so at https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922?hl=de
In addition, you can deactivate the use of cookies by third-party providers by visiting the deactivation site of the Network Advertising Initiative at https://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ and using the information there to opt out.
